The main disadvantagé of FAT32 is its 4GB filesize limit, but because most scrubbed WBFS files are under 4GB and Wii Backup Manager can split them, you should be fine. Using a FAT32 partition will let you put your homebrew and games on the same drive, I do believe postloader can load homebrew off of NTFS, but when launched, you wont have access to the drive anymore unless the launched homebrew supports NTFS., a.k.a none of them. Wii Backup Managér is a gréat tool if yóu want to convért your WBFS partitión collection over tó a FAT32 WBFS folder.
